We are hiring an orthodontic front desk receptionist for our fast-paced environment. We want YOU to be the first voice and first face patients see when they walk through the door of our practice!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Making appointments for patients/patient families
• Processing payments for patient financials
• Working with the clinical team to help facilitate patient care and appointments
• Answering phones, SMS, emails in a professional and polite manner, as you are the first point of contact for all new and existing patients
• Compiling and sorting documents, such as office policies, informed consents, financial contracts, medical histories, and substantiating business transactions
• Verifying and posting details of business transactions
• Contacting patients and insurance companies to discuss patient accounts
• Contacting referring doctors for information needed by the orthodontist for patients' care
• Handling scheduling tasks following office protocols
• Preparing the front desk area and waiting room for the day's patients and families
• Maintaining proper HIPAA and OSHA/MIOSHA compliance at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
